Fudiciaire Service

• 1980: the agency was set up by its founder, Mr Luis Mendes de Leon, from whom the first name "Mendes de Leon immobilier" derives. The company was founded in Champéry with just two employees. Initially, sales were the preferred service, and then property rental and administration were developed..
• 1992: opening of a second office in the heart of Champéry, in the Jonquilles building, which Mr Mendes had built.
• 1999: Troistorrents branch opened. After a few years, Mr Mendes decided to open a third branch in Val-d'Illiez, incorporating a small existing company and Mrs Sylvie Es-Borrat in 2007, which led to an increase in staff and customers.
